I searched VJ archives but didn't really come up with good answers. What is an efficient way to reduce the quantity of pages printed for the ROC packet, without sacrificing quality? I want to present lots of high-quality evidence, but I also don't want to overwhelm the adjudicating officer. I'm about a year away from filing ROC but I'm being proactive about saving evidence. Everything's in digital form right now, but already I can see that it will be a LOT of pages when the time comes to print. The main problem is that the following items are our strongest evidence of a bonafide marriage, but they take up a LOT of space. We have monthly statements for: - 3 credit cards
- 1 joint bank account
- 1 joint investment account
I don't see a way to eliminate the CC statements because 99% of our joint expenses are on these cards. We rotate between the cards to maximize CC rewards. Our joint bank account doesn't have too many transactions, but we use it to pay off all the CCs. Most of our assets are in the joint investment account. We have plenty of other evidence that won't take up too many pages: - tax return transcripts
- proof of common residence
- flight/hotel bookings
- joint insurance
- joint phone plan
- select photos with family
But the way I see it, the CCs, bank account and inv account are our strongest ROC evidence. Do I just suck it up and accept that it'll be a fat stack of papers to print next year?

Hi! My parents got their visa and they have to leave the Philippines before November. I am currently overseas because of work and won't be back in the states until next year. On their application and during interview, we told the embassy that they will be staying in GA. With our family situation, it might be best for them to stay with my aunt in California. Will it be an issue if point of entry is different? Anyone here can lay out the process once they arrive in the airport as far as immigration is concerned? They can barely speak English so I would like to give them a rough rundown of what's gonna happen before they leave the airport upon arrival in the US. Thank you!

Hello, We are about to mail out package out for the i-751 to remove the conditional provision of the PR for my husband. We have received 6 notarized affadivits, but noticed that most of our friends and relatives did not include their birthplace and date of birth of the affadivits. They did, however, get them notarized. Should we have them resend them to us with the two items each, or will they be valid given the notaries would have validate their identifications? They all contain the language around being a sworn affidavit. Thanks, Jeff

hi, my filipina wife (currently in philippines) and i (currently in usa) got married through a utah zoom ceremony, met, filed i-130, reported the marriage, and have the returned stamped rom from Philippine consulate in San Francisco (still waiting for info on psa copy, have emailed them) so, my wife needs to get her passport with her new married name but as she is still unable to obtain the psa copy, is a scan of the stamped RoM that I have valid for her to get her passport with the married name, or should she not even waste her time trying and we just need to keep waiting? side question: she also needs to update her postal id and national id to married name, but i assume a scan of the stamped rom wouldn't be valid for either of those, if it isn't for the passport?
