We mailed ours on August 1st to Carol Stream, IL. We did get a text with the receipt number of 8/8 and we believe it will go to the Vermont Service Center. This is what we included: A certified true copy of our marriage certificate Copies of our jointly-filed tax statements for the previous three years (2019, 2020, and 2021) Copies of statements from our joint checking account for December 2018 to present. Copies of my dental and health insurance showing Francisco as a dependent. Copies of my 401k and life insurance showing Francisco as a beneficiary. Copy of Francisco’s retirement plan listing me as a beneficiary. Copy of the insurances for our car and home with both of our names listed. Copy of our electricity bill, showing both of our names and our home address. Copy of Francisco’s driver’s license showing the address that we reside at together. The obituary of my brother and his brother-in-law Christopher, listing us as relatives. He passed away in October, 2021. Travel bookings showing our names on them. Letters or invitation envelopes showing our home address and addressed to both of us. Photographs from our wedding on January 5, 2019 at the Museum of Science in Boston. Photographs from January 2019 through July 2022 showing us together in our travels, celebrating holidays, and enjoying time with friends and family. Facebook posts showing dates and times of us together traveling and enjoying time with friends. Six sworn, notarized letters by our friends and relatives, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

We used binders or clips by section. I.e. we put a small binder for all of the pictures, then all of the tax returns, then the bank statements, etc., as well as labeled file tabs at the bottom. We had about 600 pages of documents total.

Hello, We are about to mail out package out for the i-751 to remove the conditional provision of the PR for my husband. We have received 6 notarized affadivits, but noticed that most of our friends and relatives did not include their birthplace and date of birth of the affadivits. They did, however, get them notarized. Should we have them resend them to us with the two items each, or will they be valid given the notaries would have validate their identifications? They all contain the language around being a sworn affidavit. Thanks, Jeff
