US Immigration from Philippines

Good day VJ!

So, I've been waiting for the US Embassy in PH to open an interview slot in November for my K2FTJ children however they never open the Nov 17 and 24th slots but they immediately open the December 1st, 15 and 22 slots and jump to January. I'm confused, we wanted the 17th or the 24th so we can bring them before Christmas and spend few days with family before leaving. I've been sending inquiries, emails and calling the Embassy in PH to ask what is happening. I got a response that beside the annual date to admit the K2 they extend another 180 days for those K2 who got delayed by the pandemic. My question is as Iam typing my confusion they never open the November, and I don't know if someone could answer me WHY? Do you think it will be available soon? My husband won't be able to book plane tickets if there's no interview date. We chose the November 17th since their medical exam is on the 13th and we just want them to be here in the US to spend Christmas together as a family.

Interview was today and was approved!! I think I made a big mistake though about the name change. I want to revert back to my maiden name as my divorce decree didn't have that on there. I asked the IO how long it'll take and she said 3-4 months - when she said that, I took it back and asked her to place no on the name change.

Can I use my divorce decree to revert back? I saw a post that that was fine and would like to confirm

So I just noticed that the extension for my conditional green card has expired and I don't know what to do now. Our case has been ready for interview for a year now and we haven't heard from them since. Can't schedule ADIT stamp cause you can't even schedule appointments in infopass now for some reason .

Hi everyone, Is it easy to book an interview appointment after passing the medical examination? How long did you wait before you got interviewed? May I ask when was your flight to US? My mom passed her medical exam and Saint Luke's extension clinic told her that she should be here in the US by Jan 13, 2023 or she will have to re take her physical examination. I am wondering if it's okay to wait for my dad's physical examination to finish and have them both take the interview appointment at the same time. My dad's immunization date is on November 16.
