Divorced, what evidence to bring to my citizenship interview

My interview is in a little under two weeks. I am filing for citizenship under the 5 year rule. My GC is marriage based. Got married in December 2016. Received 2-year green card in June 2017. Applied for removal of conditions sometime in 2019 and it was approved in September of 2020 and got my 10-year gc. We ended up filing for divorce in January 2021 and it was finalized in March 2021. I applied for the N400 on June 24. I got my interview notice for a September 20 interview. What do I bring other than the interview letter, my green card, divorce decree and passport? Selective service doesn t apply to me. I was planning on bringing our old marriage certificate. Do I need to bring my ex s birth certificate? We are still cordial so I would ask her for it but she s been backpacking in Europe for the past 4 months and will not be back in the US until early October. She would probably be ok with her dad letting me in to get it from her place. My documents from my I-751 are digitized so I can easily print them out and bring them with me, but will they even be needed? It s about 150 pages of evidence of the marriage plus the application and cover letter. I also have a physical copy of the I-130 she applied for me and my I-485 somewhere in my files that I can bring too. That packet was significantly smaller.

Should I bring evidence of the dissolution of our marriage? I can print out texts back and forth between and us when we were discussing separating and the state of our relationship and the change in her plans for the future.

I want to come in and be prepared but I also don t wan t to overwhelm myself with too much paperwork.

CFO for Vacation Travel vs K1

Greetings:

My fianc e and I have filed for our K-1 (waiting with NOA2 not until April 2023), and we are wanting to go on vacation in Thailand.

Understanding that a CFO letter/stamp is required for her to leave the Philippines even with Thailand being visa free for both of us.

Would this CFO stamp be sufficient for the vacation travel AND the K-1 next year, or are they two different stamps/authorizations?

I have to admit, this is so confusing for me, but the USCIS introduces enough delays, I don't want any on the other side of the pond...

Thank you all!

-Kurt

Crba , do I need to use agent for application?

On the USCIS site , it states that If baby is born in the Philippines to a US citizen father, His birth can be reported by filing a CRBA . Is it necessary to hire an agent to take care of the process? Or can we just fill up the form and mail it in? Is there an advantage to using an agent even though its more expensive?

Any recent travelers to Manila with expired GC, with extension letter ?

I'm visiting family/friends in Manila this year after 3 years being away and aside from wondering how significant the changes that 3 years, a new president plus Covid has done, I'm also wondering what to expect when traveling with an expired I-551 and extension letter.

Anyone here recently visited Manila with the same situation? What was your experience like? How was it on arrival and how was it trying to leave? I also have read about the One Health Pass thing. Anything else to watch out for?

I'm bringing everything with me:

I-551, Expired GC

I-797 NOA, extension letter

Old, expired Ph passport with old K1 visa and CFO stamp

ALL the certificates (marriage, birth for both spouses incl. translations)

Photocopy of report of marriage (my passport name is still my maiden name- will change it to married name after we get the ROM certificate)

multiple copies of everything

I'm also wondering if I can open a joint Ph bank account in my married name without a ROM yet.

sorry for hijacking this thread but how long does it take to move to the next stage if your i-130 is currently showing as "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS"? do we need to take action from our side or we just wait from USCIS during this time?
