US Immigration from Philippines

Hello it s me again. Just looking for any experience or insight regarding this website and if their service is actually accepted for international travel. On their website, Ph is one of the countries listed that accepts antigen test which is really the case now.

I m wondering if it s a good idea to purchase the antigen test kit that comes with a certification.

On the etravel website, requirements for unvaccinated travels mentions:

1. Travelers 15 years and older shall present a remotely supervised/laboratory-based Rapid Antigen Test administered and certified by a healthcare professional in a healthcare facility, laboratory, clinic, or other similar establishment taken 24 hours prior to the date and time of departure from country of origin/first port of embarkation in a continuous travel to the Philippines, excluding lay-overs; provided that, he/she has not left the airport premises or has not been admitted into another country during such lay-over.

Technically this is a remotely supervised rapid antigen test right? Because a healthcare professional will be with you on videocall while you re administering the test.

I am in need of direction concerning my issue. I have been previously married to a Filipina Citizen. We are now divorced here in the US and I have started a Recognition of Foreign Divorce petition.

I would like to know if I would have to wait for that to be completed before applying for a K1 for my finance?

International travelers entering the Philippines may now access the new eTravel portal. According to the Department of Tourism, the Bureau of Information will discontinue the use of the One Health Pass website and the paper Arrival Card starting December 5, 2022.

Upon entering the Philippines, all travelers, foreign and local, including infants and children, are required to provide arrival and health information through the etravel.gov.ph portal starting December 2. The new portal will provide an electronic travel card, replacing the One Health Pass.

Just a "public service announcement!" The USD-PHP exchange rate now and projected is falling fast. I might suggest sending what you can now if you have a lot to send over the next few months. Projections have dropped from touching the 60 range to bottoming out around 50 mid-2023 (and that does not factor in the exchange rate differences that whatever your remittance service charges.
