US Immigration from Philippines

Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing great. By the way, I'm a 20-year-old Filipina, turning 21 this December. We are just in the first step of our K-1 visa process. We are curious if I need to give a copy of my Cenomar to my fiancee for our initial packet or if we only need it for the interview and for the CFO.

So a few weeks ago my IR-5 cases were moved over from NVC to US Embassy Manila by way of expedite.

Last week I made an inquiry to the immigrant visa unit regarding my parents schedule and I was directed to make an appointment using the UsTraveldocs website.

Since then I have checked ever hour of every day and it says the same thing, No available appointments. Should I have just waited for NVC to schedule their appointment instead of expediting? According to the call center agent for US visa information and scheduling they re only opening up a certain number of IR-5 interview slots at a time. Should this be a cause for worry?

I feel like I should have just bit the bullet and waited the 2-3 months after I was DQ d for NVC to schedule the appointments.

My wife and I are traveling to the Philippines December 10th. When I booked our tickets I wasn't paying attention and booked it so we are in the Philippines 33 days so I am assuming I will need a balikbayan visa correct? What documents do I need to obtain one? Unfortunately we have misplaced our original PSA copy of our marriage certificate. However we do have a photocopy of it along with the original local copy. Will this be sufficient or do we need an original copy of the PSA certificate? If we need the original is there any way we can obtain one before our trip from the consulate in Chicago? If not are there any other options or do I need to try to change the dates of our flight?

I desperate for legal help and advice for my niece.. hear me closely.. she is over 21 years old with approved F2B visa petitions.. she is person with disabilities (cerebral palsy ) since birth with seizures occasionally.. she is only child dependent of my sister and brother in law who live in US. 3 years ago, My sister who took care of her since birth is already in US. (Spouse visa of LPR) recently, last April 2022 to July 2022 her parents had a vacation her in Philippines. We need a big help from consular and senate office to take a look to her petition case to expedite to a ground of SPECIAL DISABILITY PERSON. Or could it be possible can granted her a B2 visa ? her case is took so long and her both parent is not with her in everyday of her life since April 2019. ( the day my sister travel to US). Her companion in her household is her 78 years old grand mother. sometimes if had seizures attack her grand mother had high blood pressure because of nervousness and lock of things knowledge to her seizures problem. I m 3 blocks away from her house.. we lucky when he have attack I m available to attend her and help her to regain herself. But I m also under petition with my husband.. I keep thinking about her? Soon I will travel too. Her parents and I keep on thinking how we can help her to live with her parents in the US with out giving up their work and spend the whole time with her? Please help me to get through with this errand.. and hope those who in government office can help her to reunite with her parents.

Anybody had the same case where you have interview schedule and then CEAC has missing documents for I-864 EZ .The petitioner used I-864 A because he will be using co-sponsor.
