I have seen the fee increase for the i-131, i-485, and i-765 forms. My question relates to the AOS process. Does anyone know if after the 2023 USCIS fee changes take effect, will they still allow "free" filing of the i-131 and i-765 forms if filed with the i-485? My wife's children are coming on a K2 visa this Summer and I wanted to prepare financially for the cost of their AOS and it would be nice to know if there will be additional costs of the i-131 and i-765 forms. I reviewed the proposed fee rule document and I didn't see that information in the document.

Hi everyone, I have a question and I appreciate anyone who could give me enlightenment and resolution to my problem. I have just applied for my N400. Without further consideration, I answered NO under question 23. Back story: I was cited for a civil traffic due to speeding. The officer suggested that I go to a traffic school to remove the ticket in my records. So I did. I submitted the ticket and payment to the traffic school and so I have not one single proof with me. I am very concerned because I just had my biometrics last week. I am very anxious that it will be the reason for my application to get denied. Please enlighten me.

I was scheduled to do my oath ceremony on January 5, 2023. On December 18, I sent mail to our local field office requesting to reschedule my oath ceremony due to travel. I included the original copy of the form, my request letter and a copy of my flight ticket/information. I still haven t heard back from USCIS and I have not been rescheduled. I am so worried and I tried calling and I was told on December 29 that a tier 2 would call me. The oath ceremony is this Thursday. What should I do? Help!
