US Immigration from Philippines

I petitioned my father in Sept 2019 (pre-covid). Went through all the hoops and finally was documentarily qualified on 1/20/2022. His case is still at NVC. I have sent a few emails to NVC and was told that they are waiting for an interview date and nothing is available. Also sent a few emails to the US Consulate in Manila and was told NVC has the documents and they cannot do anything. Is this a normal timeline? I have read the Visa Updates on their website in June 2022 that they have processed most IR cases that were documentarily qualified in March 2021. I don t think we qualify to expedite the case unless they can accept old age and depression because of how long this is taking.

I'm currently preparing to file N400 form, do I need to provide evidences like joint bank account, etc... I've been waiting for our tax transcript and that's the only thing that holding me up to file for this. Is Form 1040 good enough?

(Apologies in advance is this has been asked before but after doing a search with quoted and such, the answers I got were about three years old)

My mom's case is in the NVC stage. We are just waiting for her NBI clearance with AKA to be released, then we will be ready to submit to NVC for review.

At the US Embassy interview, does she need a PSA AOM? When I was reading the pre-interview checklist of USEM, it was included for married applicants, under the heading *Evidence of relationship between petitioner and visa applicant*

I could be overthinking this, but I am her petitioner (daughter) and she is my beneficiary (mom), so clearly we are not married.

She has only been married to one person, and they were married before I was born. I know she already has a PSA marriage certificate, and I also know (from my own experience) that an AOM will be generated instead of a CENOMAR, if I request one from PSA.

Even if I think she doesn't need it I do plan to order one for her to be sent directly to the Embassy once we have a firm interview date - but I have to throw the question out there: Does she need an AOM?

Hey guys. My wife has her 10 year greencard and we have decided to visit her family in the Philippines, where her passport is from, this summer. I found a great ticket that connects in incheon korea.

I checked the Korean embassy website, called, but no answers no help.

Does she need a special visa to transfer in Korea on the way to Manila and back? Thanks
