US Immigration from Philippines

To do the AOS, adjusted gross income is required to show (I am self employed). This whole covid thing really kept me from making the money I needed to make, but I did finally recover in 2022. How many year's back taxes do we need to show to do my Wife's AOS? Would 2022 alone be sufficient, or do we need to show 3 years of back taxes. She is not planning to work anywhere, so basically at this point, we just want to do a AOS, if more than last years taxes would be required. I had a loss for 2019, 2020, and 2021. Again, 2022 I did well and am quite a above the 125% of poverty level. Just me and the Wife here. Will I need a co-sponsor to get this done?

My mom got approved for her immigration visa. I m looking to buy her ticket and if i m not mistaken i need to buy a round trip because US border control has the ultimate say so when she arrives right? Or can i just buy a one way?

I need to file my taxes mfj and my spouse is still in the Philippines. I need to get her an ITIN. We have been looking into getting a copy of her passport when I visit next month so I can bring it back and send the IRS the tax return and w7 together.

But I have been looking into acceptance agents and see that there is one in angeles city.

Would it be easier to just go with her to Angeles city with a completed w7 and other required documentation and get this over with there?

What is the cost of using the acceptance agent?

Does it only take one day and how do you schedule it?

Do you need to bring your federal tax return and file that at the same time, or is the acceptance agent only going to process the w7 by itself and give the itin number immediately so I can use it for the tax return on my own time?

What is all the documentation we would need to take to the acceptance agent?

Haven't really seen an answer to a situation like the one we're in anywhere. My wife was just naturalized and it came at the worst possible time. She was naturalized on Feb 9th, we applied for an expedited passport the next day on the 10th. We have yet to hear anything back from them. Check was cashed but no update on the status, still says not available as of writing this. We've been in contact with our local representative and will try and get us a same day appointment before our travel date on March 11th. Obviously we no longer have the original certificate of naturalization as it has been sent in for the passport application. We have photo copies of it but aren't sure if that will be good enough even if we are able to get the appointment. Anyone know of what happens in a situation such as this? Thank you
