Good morning, I have a question and I hope someone can help me. I and my husband been married for almost 7 years now, we filed I-751 3 years ago and until now im still in the interview schedule and I just got the 48 months extension letter from the immigration. I and my husband is not in good terms anymore, so we decided to get a divorce, but he kept telling me that he will call the immigration and his lawyer to pull out and cancel my I-751 application and my kids applications. Is that possible? He kept saying to send me back to my country where I belong. But I've been working since I arrived here in the US and paying a tax . Is that possible to cancel our I-751 ? Is there any way to re apply again a visa. For me and for my kids? thank you all

Hello Everyone! This is our first post on this site. We were referred here by some friends who took advantage of expeditious naturalization under 319B years ago. I'm not how, if at all, the laws or processes have changed. But, I think we should consult with an immigration attorney about how my spouse might qualify for expeditious naturalization under 319B provided my missionary organization qualifies. I had consulted with a few attorneys before and they never mentioned the possibility of expeditious naturalization. Can anyone recommend an attorney with experience in 319B for a spouse of a missionary?

Hello everyone, hope all is well. I was trying to schedule an appointment for nonimmigrant visa interview for my brother in US Embassy at Manila, Philippines. The latest schedule available is on August 2023. I have no idea how the scheduling process does US embassy but I was hoping if anyone decided to cancel their appointment and schedule it on a later date. I was wondering if that cancelled appointment will be available for applicants looking for earlier schedule. Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone. I have a question regarding a CR-1 visa. I am a US citizen petitioning my wife which lives in the Philippines. She has never had a passport but is currently perusing one. My question is does she need to have it in hand before we can file or do we need to wait until she has it in hand? The i-130 ask for the spouse's passport and travel document numbers. Is it ok to leave blank for now?

Hello all My filipina wife has her greencard and we are flying to Manila from the USA to see her parents. We want to pop up to Korea mainland for a few days. Cannot find good information. I don't need a visa but I'm wondering if she does or not?
