anyone here knows why the travel time from noa2 to nvc is 60 days instead of just 30 days?

My wife and I are on the civil documents part of the NVC process. My wife is from and lives in the Philippines. At one point my wife lived and worked in Hong Kong for a little less than 8 months. She has never been arrested in her life. It was to my understanding that if she lived in any other country for at least a year she would have to provide a police clearance from that country. However on the civil documents section they are asking for a police clearance from HK. Is it ok to leave this section blank and explain that she has never been arrested or committed a crime in HK and she lived there less than 12 months? Anyone with experience on this subject out there?

my fiancee is trying to schedule her cfo prior to obtaining her visa. I sent her all the required documents from me, like , us passport, birth certificate. But she also mention about my police clearance? where do I get this document from? do I need to produce this?

Recently I've been assembling my K-1 packet to petition my Filipina fianc . Upon further research, it seems that the CR-1 seems to be the faster option of the two. Just wanted to get some insight on people who have knowledge on this subject. My current situation is I can file the I-129F for the K-1 this month and get it started. My other option, is to travel back to the Philippines in either August or September and marry my fianc and file a CR-1. My goal is to get my fianc to America as fast as possible and I'm not entirely sure which route would be best for me. I know CR-1 recently have shorter processing times but I've always heard K-1 processing time is starting to shorten soon as well. Any tips or advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Question: what happen if you got married under k1 visa if you failed to submit i485 in 90 days? I m asking for a friend
