US Immigration from Philippines

Anyone have any updates on IR1 Interviews being scheduled at USEM Manila? My wife was DQ 14 July, 2023, no word from NVC subsequent to her DQ. Just curious if anyone on this site has any information regarding IR1 Visa interviews being scheduled by NVC since the beginning of the new year?

My mom has a pending i-485 but her EAD has been approved.
However, my mom has work outside the USA. Its mostly online but I would like to know if thats okay.
that she has a job that is not in the US.
its on the business side. I m wondering if she could get in trouble because of this.

hi all please help me answer this question regarding the of filing I-130, what should I put in part 4 11.a, 12.a and 13.a if my mother is here right now in USA and I'm planning to file her a concurrent filling of i-130 and i-485. Should I put her address in the Philippines in 13.a? thank you so much.

My wife's parents are about to interview for B1/B2 visas at the Philippines embassy in Manila. We can't really decide if they need NBI clearance, police clearance and barangay clearance for the interview process. Does anyone know?

My K1 petition was approved and received NOA2 on December 05, 2023. Using the CEAC Tracker, it shows that our case was created on December 22, last update was January 8, 2024 which shows "Ready" status. It also says "Please follow the appointment schedule provided to you by NVC. If you do not have a schedule from NVC, please wait for scheduling instructions or a notification from the US Embassy Manila." I've yet to receive my Welcome Letter.

I did research for some cases which had the same situation, and they ended up paying for the visa fees and scheduling their interview appointment without receiving their Welcome Letter. Should I do the same or do I wait for the letter?
