I asked if I was here because I may have a criminal record? He said no. I told him I got my appointment 2 weeks after I filed and he said Wow!

I got 2 pages. 1 was the appointment info. And the second page was a form. Asking for height weight gender ect.

I'm the petitioner. I filed spouse visa on 2.12.24. My Bio appointment is in Phx AZ 3.22.24.

What is biometrics? I have a meeting Friday. What to expect? Should I fill out the form before or during?

I filed. I'm thinking her visa interview then visa issue then plane ticket?. Does she need to file anything on her end? Does she need a police report saying she is not a wanted felon? Does the interview get scheduled now soon, or months down the road when it's ready to be issued?

Yes it is Philippines. Yes we have the marriage certificate. She hasn't been able to get her passport appointment yet. So difficult. Thanks for the help in time to do the right thing

I'm filling out the app. It says not to show a name change unless we have court records of the change. She wants to use my last name. Is there a court to go to that she can change her? Are the wedding records in her province good enough for the US paperwork. What name should she use for her passport.
