Please i got a response from NVC today that my Birth Attestation Certificate was rejected and ask that i upload the original. The one i uploaded was gotten from the National Population Commission. Please guys, is there anywhere else one should obtain a birth Certificate? Your prompt response is urgently needed.

please I urgently need advice on what necessary steps or actions to take regarding my Mother's situation. About 6 months ago I was lucky to secure an interview appointment date for the month of August for my mother at the American embassy in Abuja after painfully searching , night and days. we finally got an interview date in Abuja because Lagos embassy has no date until 2023. But 5 days ago my mother got an email from the embassy help desk that her interview was canceled , and requested her to re-schedule , the earlier date again for Abuja is November 2022 while the earliest for Lagos is october 2023. I just felt canceling her appointment is very unfair and unjust, especially for a 73 year old woman coming to see her only daughter and grand daughter who was born during the COVID19 lock down.

please send the email received from the US Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria, and all suggestions are welcomed. Some friends suggested writing the Department of state, the Ambassador, Ned price (spokesperson of the state depart), etc.... I need help asap.

Hi there everyone... please i need help about my I-130 in a month ago i send the document in.... i received the notice letter 4 week after they ask for more evidence which i did send it.... a week after the case was denied......

my first Question is that my wife in Nigeria does she need to sign the form I-130A because on the form it said if your spouse is out of the country she doesnt have to sign...

what are my Option do i need lawyer to file appeal ...
