am soo Grateful that I have joined the VJ

Am from Uganda In East Africa

my issue is I want my boyfriend to get me a K-1 Visa and we often talk about it with him ..The problem is he has just started issuing for his mum a I-130 Visa to go leave with him in the US , at the same time I also want him to process for me a K-1 Visa but his like he can t issue 2 visas at the same time that it will raise red flags and it will delay the process that it may even be denied by the American Ambassy ....What Advice do you give me ???Cause I really want to live this country and start staying with my man ....if am to calculate the Mum s visa will take like 7-10months ....then work on mine which will take the same processing time ...that means I will be coming Uganda to the US In 2021 that s sad Advice me please ...I live in Uganda he lives in the US and his a citizen

after filing for a spouse and went thru approval process, we discovered that our child was to be filed separately ,how long does it take to add the child so that she cannot be left behind and they can come to usa together ?

Im filling out my wife i864 form i was on workmen comp for a year making 77,000 how can i apply the amount on the AOS ?

how much can an immigrant lawyer cost to help in the whole process from filling form 1-130 all through to getting a visa. We are filling the form through rapidvisa but we were thinking a lawyer could be better than rapidvisa. We have an age gap of 33years.
