He has never filed before so we are both trying to reserch on how to.After reading about DCF sounds like what he should apply on are you able to advise on how it is done because we are stuck

we are married my husband is doing the filing of the i 130 but we can see where to submit for local filing. we basically have a fully filled form unaware of what to do with it.we were advised to write them an email and ask how to file emails have been unanswered

we are already married. We saw on the website you need to contact them on details of how to file from the local embassy which is in kenya. On phone, no one seems to have that information the emails are not being responded to
