hello i was on interview they told me i have a problem with my case but they dont tell me what problem was with my case but they give me a letter with which saying visa approved (blue letter)
the us embassy kept my passport on ceac status is ready after interview
have someonebody have similar issue? they will give me visa or not plase share your thoughts

Can anyone tell me what I need to do now that I filed my husbands I-485 which I still have not heard back from them and it s been 23 days

Hi everyone! I recently got a RFIE for my I-485, at this time I still don't know what the request is about but i am afraid it is related to my joint sponsor's I-864.

When we filled for AOS my mother-in-law accepted to be my joint sponsor since my husband's 2022 tax transcript was below poverty line and we filled before he filed for taxes. Now his 2023 tax transcript is way above poverty line, if the RFIE is about it can we withdraw my mother-in-law form and send a new I-864 of just my husband's? I already uploaded on march 1st our 2023 tax transcript as a proof of bona fide marriage since we filled jointly.

It is my first post, My name Is Marco and a company offered me a job with a Q1 visa, I just wanted to know if I could change my status and if my old job would be ok with me coming back, but the visa is an H2-B is it hard to do the change of status? do the companies need to talk for some reason? Is this status change different from an Out-of-country H-2B? just wanna know if it's more difficult for them to the point where they would not wanna deal with it.
