Has anyone gotten approved at the interview with the petitioner having used only assets?

We got the warning note at NVC that it s up to the consular officer. Any experiences?

I have been scheduled for a N400 interview at the end of June. As per topic title, I applied under the 3 years rule - I am the spouse of a USC. I was wondering which documents I should bring with me to the interview. The interview notice letter specifically asks for the green card, passport, marriage certificate and proof of my spouse citizenship. It also mentions that I should bring to the interview the originals of the documents used as evidence with my N400 application. I read in other threads that other users brought additional evidence, such as their most recent tax returns. Any advice on what I should bring? To give you some context:

- I filed the N400 concurrently with the I-751 petition;

- my I-751 petition received an RFIE last month. I replied to the RFIE on May 20th and the petition was approved without the need for an interview.

Hi guys, I know that this question has been asked many times already, but I hope that you can give me some feedback anyways.

So here is my situation: I was admitted to the US in March 2020 on ESTA (visa waiver program) and I ended up overstaying and applying for AOS after marriage to USC in May 2020 (for those who are curious, we've been together for years and we were planning to get married in Italy, but then covid happened and we had to change our plans).

I just got my EAd+AP card and I'm planning to go visit my family in Europe in August.
I know that the card is No guarantee of reentry and that there is always the risk of being sent back to my country, but is the risk so high?

I will be traveling with my husband and my daughter (she was born here at the end of 2020), both USC.
Two family members died last month, that's why I absolutely need to go visit my family.. Otherwise I would wait to have my GC to travel.

ANY similar experiences?

I'm preparing my Adjustment of status from a k1 visa and specifically the I-864, but my IRS transcript is still being processed since March and I can't get it. Is it possible to attach form 1040 and W2 for evidence of support? Will it lead to a RFE? Thank you!

Hello again dear friends,

A short background to explain the matter better: In September 2020 I received the SSN (funny thing it arrived before the ITIN) for and AOS, so in October I sent my ITIN notice back to the IRS as requested by it in order the have my records updated.

In April my wife, who I filed jointly for tax returns with, received the 3rd check but I have not. So, calling the IRS for another problem, we were told that despite they received my ITIN (many months before), they had not updated my record yet. And this is why I did not get mine.
Now, has anybody experienced something similar? Is there any chance to receive it without waiting for the 2021 tax return in 2022?
