US Immigration from Italy

We were on the I-94 website and looked on my husband s (AOS from K1) history and there are entries that are not his and some from before he was even issued his passport. He checked with Italian authorities and they say in their system he is the only one with this passport number and it s an error on the US side. The Italians said what matters are the stamps in the passport. Now that we re at the AOS step do you think this is going to delay things? Should we request for correction now or wait until after AOS if we don t get an RFE regarding it?

Which center should I send in the I 485 and I 765 for my wife? We had sent in the I-130 online, but our receipt shows that it is being processed by the Potomac center. We live in Philadelphia and this is for a spousal visa. I am a US citizen.

I applied for k-1 visa for my fiance since march 2021, we got approved by uscis In march 2022. my fiance got his interview done the following month, Unfortunately he was required to fill the ds5535 form. We turn that in on May 2nd. Supposedly we were to receive an answer in max 60 days. But all up to now we haven t receive anything. It has been a long wait! I would like to file for Writ of Mandamus. Do I only need an attorney? Or can I do it myself? Any tips to help me?

Hi everyone!

I am currently stationed in Okinawa with my husband and employed with a company I love. My husband just received orders to Germany, and I would like to stay behind and complete my contract (2024).

I tried to contact USCIS with no success, as I wanted to understand how being employed under SOFA would affect my green card (10-year one). Has anyone gone through something similar? Would having SOFA and working on a base overseas count as being the US, or would I risk to lose my green card?
