We were on the I-94 website and looked on my husband’s (AOS from K1) history and there are entries that are not his and some from before he was even issued his passport. He checked with Italian authorities and they say in their system he    is the only one with this passport number and it’s an error on the US side. The Italians said what matters are the stamps in the passport. Now that we’re at the AOS step do you think this is going to delay things? Should we request for correction now or wait until after AOS if we don’t get an RFE regarding it?

Is the I-94 for the entry with the K-1 correct?

You can ask CBP to correct I-94 records at:

https://help.cbp.gov/s/questions?language=en_US

Select I-94 as the topic

Select issue with I-94 travel history as the issue

Describe the issue.

Attach  files  such as screen shots.

Make sure he's never been in US before you on another PP. Not saying he's lying, but we've seen situations where beneficiary din't tell petitioner the whole story up until USCIS/ Embassy caught beneficiary.

I think the latest was a lady who was told at interview that her husband was already married. I don't recall all facts accurately.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Agreed but I can attest my wife was never in U.S. before she entered on her K-1 in 2019, and her I-94 records have been a hot mess since mid 2021.  Between global entry and I-94, CBP is barely functional.

Thank you, His K1 entry is correct. But we’ll work on getting the other entries corrected via the link

No he’s never been to the US before we met/his passport was issued. All the mystery entries were during timeframes that he was very much in Italy and we FaceTimed every day while we were apart.

I’m just paranoid that a system glitch will stall our progress. It feels like the stress is never ending.

Thank you for the replies.
