US Immigration from Indonesia

Hello! We need to change the embassy that our packet is going to. My fianc is working in Qatar but is leaving the country in a couple weeks to go back to Indonesia even though we put Jakarta as the embassy on our I-129, they have it marked to go to Doha.

does anyone know how to get this changed BEFORE it leaves for doha?

this is what is says on the NVC page. Is that mean we are document qualified and wait for the embassy to schedule interview?

Hi! My fianc and I are getting close to the last leg of our journey (hopefully). I am a medically retired Army veteran with 100% VA disability. My disability alone covers the required earnings for the affidavit of support.

Since this is a tax free disability, what documentation do I need to provide? Just the VA letter stating my benefits? Bank statement showing that is to get deposited each month?

I just got my biometric done on 08/03. Around 10 minutes after it done, I tried to check my status and it's mentioning "Case is Actively Being Reviewed by USCIS" instead of "Fingerprint Was Taken" .

I read most of people got their case changed into "Fingerprint was taken".

Do you guys know why mine is different ? And what does it mean ?

I am now waiting for my P3 from US Embassy in Indonesia. On Thursday July 29, US Embassy in Indonesia sent an email to my fianc to confirm about me as beneficiary (name, address, phone number and email) and he replied it (it was late at night in Indonesia when he replied it). So now, I am still waiting for P3 from the embassy.

I am preparing all the docs needed, filled up DS-160 (haven't submitted it) and other docs. But I am concerned about the meet up with my fianc which already passed 2 years. It is exactly 3 years now. The last time we met was in August 2018. We didn't meet up in 2019, because his mom was sick and passed away on June 2019 (my fianc already prepared his mom death certificate). We didn't meet up after his mom passed away in 2019 because it was hard for him to leave his dad since his dad was really sad and he needs to stay by his side. And then 2020 the pandemic started, which we can't meet up. So we decided to file K1 (it was last minute since we filed it at the end of July 2020). We got our NoA1 on August 4, 2020 and NoA2 on June 15, 2021.

Do you think the embassy could denied our k1 visa? is there anything we can do?
