Issue adding receipt number to my wife's existing USCIS account - Currently in Removal of Conditions stage

Hello, hopefully this is the correct location to post this question. My wife is currently undergoing her removal of conditions review and has received the notice in the mail with a new receipt # to add to her USCIS account, which was previously created during the Adjustment of Status, etc... But when attempting to add the receipt number to her existing USCIS account it gives an error that the case can not be added because it already exists on a different account. Is there any potential issue with creating a second USCIS account for her to monitor this new case for her RoC? Has anyone else experienced this happening? Can/should the two account be consolidated, or should I just leave it alone and move forward with the new one?
