Hello! Recently our i-129f petition got approved and I am patiently waiting for the NOA2 in the mail. I've encountered a question I knew would come up eventually. I submitted our petition while I and my fianc e were employed in Japan, so I listed my dad as a co-sponsor as I obviously didn't have a job in the US at the time and I don't have assets equal to what the USCIS requires . Since I've returned this past April, I have found a job that is above the minimun income requirement, so do I still need to incorporate my dad in the i-134? We do plan on living with my parents temporarily upon my fiance's arrival, but I will be supporting her financially. If there's no downside to including him that's fine, but I'm not exaclty how to navigate the form if I were to include him and me on it. Thanks!

Hello everyone, hope you are doing really well I already submit for tourist visa in May and July 2022, and both of times I got rejected. A month ago me and my fianc got engaged when we are in holiday. I would like to ask, if I got rejected 2 times this year, does my fianc / me still able to submit for k1 visa? or better wait next year? Looking forward to it Best, Gabby

My wife and I are a lesbian couple. We sent her AOS forms in late March, and she did the biometrics the following month of this year. We just checked the USCIS on the status of her case today, and it says "request for initial evidence." They're requesting our marriage certificate. Did the USCIS actually lose our marriage certificate carelessly, or are they being stricter with us because we're homosexuals? We don't mind mailing or scanning the certificate, but it leaves an uncomfortable feeling right now. My wife and I are dealing with my mother who is becoming more physically and mentally ill these past several months, and even 911 couldn't take my mother to a hospital a few days ago. My wife and I need something good to happen in our life right now, and we're losing a lot of hope on things.

Hello, My fianc e is a U.S. Citizen, we are planning to get married in the U.S on Sept 23rd , I will fly there on my B1/B2 tourist visa and I will return to my home country after the ceremony and my fiancee will start to process the I-130 after my return home. I'm confused about the 30/60 days rules from entering the US (in my case- getting married) and I'm trying to get clear explanations from few lists below: 1. Would our situation still be considered fraudulent even I was not try to attempt to stay in the US after we get married ? 2. So in order to fulfill the 30/60 days rules , should we filled the I-130 after 60 days from the date of the marriage? can it be filled sooner? As I will be waiting in my home country while the I-130 on progress and wait until the interview's date from the US Embassy is produced Anyone here had the same experience? Thank you all in advance .. Regards, Mel
