Me and my fiance had same nationality but he's US citizen. we chat and communicate use our indonesian language everyday. my question is, do we need to translate for evidence our conversation chat for the (explanation how we met) into english?? the problem is we use short words (its like slank language) and its hard to translate into english. what should suppose i do? is it necessary evidence? appreciate your comment, thanks.

i had same cases with you and we consulate with lawyer anyways and it took so long for them. i suggest you to do by your own cuz its not really difficult, unless your fiance or you have a criminal records. No need to wait until next year, you can comply the k1 requirement, because it will take maximum 1 year. what i have been researching so far, they said either k1 visa or B1/B2 visa are totally different ways.. your fiance may collect all documents to submit the petition for you and the k1 focus about your relationship which is you need to give evidence that your relationship is real..

yes, its not required for relationship on-going however its already state clearly that you need to convinced them that your relationship is strong and real. moreover, in my opinion there's nothing wrong to give the proof of relationship on-going to the uscis in order to avoid RFE or additional evidence. you could give the log chat/call and some another discussion about your future plan like a wedding maybe..

for the petitioner obviously should be a wet signature. but for the beneficiary are they accept the scanned letter?

Hi guys, its me again.. i was following the k1 visa journey timeline and read all of the requirement, i tried to search this subject and did not found it. i know the USCIS doesnt mentioned about the requirement of "relationship under 2 years before applied k1 visa", i want to prepare the whole complete documents without RFE. Me and my fiance already know each other for 3 months and officially for 3 months, we would like to getting marry once i already in united states. we already meet 1 time and spending time on the trip for 1.5 months before and decide for getting marry later. we have all of the evidence for photo, stamp passport, hotel receipt during our trip. As you can see our relationship still under 1 year.. my question is, 1. is it enough without make statement of witness? if so, does anyone get the noa2? 2. also watched on youtube need to proof of genuine of relationship. is it necessary ? my fiance so busy for work and still did not make a wedding plan, my fiance said we will make a plan once my arrival in united states. thank you and appreciate your comment below

i think you can bring the all evidences during the interview (show the noa1 to the interviewer) and moreover is you need to convince them that you will return after visiting. but the still the chance is unpredictable.
