US Immigration from Haiti

Hello... Anyone from Haiti at NVC stage waiting for k1 interview? Is there someone knows if the US embassy in Haiti is resuming normal processing for k1 visa interviews?

Good evening everyone, I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct place but I have a question specifically about Haiti k1 visa filing. I currently have everything ready and planned on sending my packet in tomorrow. But my mom mentioned that instead of my Fianc 's "Acte de Naissance", I needed his "Extrait D'archiffe" instead. How accurate is that information? Can I send the packet in with the birth certificate or is the extrait darchiffe needed instead? All insights are welcomed!

I am overjoyed to say our IR-1 application was accepted yesterday! Such a sweet gift for Valentines day!

We filed online in August and received no RFE what so ever. I was quite surprised actually because we had

little evidence to submit since we've never lived together yet. Also only had our civil marriage document and

not one from the National Archives. Anyway, who can offer some advice for the NVC stage? Does my Husband

have to fill out the online application alone or will I be allowed to help him since his English isn't too good? Any

thing to be careful of with the Afidavit, I am unemployed but filed taxes last year as a subcontractor of my parent's

business with a grand total earnings of $1,700. My dad is willing to be a joint sponsor I also have a good friend

and donor to my mission endeavors who would be as well, the more the better?

Need your help.

My sister-in law is a US citizen filed I-130 petition for sisters and a brother about 10 years ago. After long wait she received a letter last week that the applications were denied due to the "no-receipt" RFE and she has 30 days to file an appeal if she wants. The problem is, she said she has never received the RFE letter. Can someone help with this please? Thanks
