Hi everyone ! My AOS was received on May 2020 and our interview is next week january 2022. On february 2020 I did my medical exam overseas that eventually got sealed and sent with the AOS package. I remember I also got some vaccine shots. However I am confused as it has been more than a year since I did that, does this means that I need to do a medical exam again? I am really confused and especially worried since we received our interview notice very late, having only a week to prepare ourselves.... Any advice will be deeply appreciated

Hello all, I have a question regarding passports for a minor. I arrived to the USA in 2016 and my son on K1/K2 visas. Since then, all the immigration was complete and I received my citizenship. I then applied for my passport and my sons as well at the same time. I received my passport pretty quickly but for my now 16 year old son whose application for passport was filed with mine has started a letter back and forth correspondence with Dept of State passport office. They are looking for additional information from early years in his life like religious, medical, educational documents that show both our our names. These documents are a bit hard to come by, especially original/not copies of paperwork. I had him when I was very young and not much paperwork exists close to his birth (as requested in the letters from Dept of State). I didn't think I had to get a N600 $1200 certificate of citizenship that takes another year but am i stuck with having to get a DNA maternity testing? I have never heard of this because I was under the impression that submitting passport applications together with birth certificates, marriage certificate with name changes, passports, green card etc was more than enough. The USCIS had never had an issue with our immigration path. Is this common, or are there other options to ease this issue? Thanks for your assistance!!

Forgive me if I don't understand this process, but my wife immigrated on Aug 28th into the United States and we have yet to receive any documentation form USCIS or a social security card. I called social security and they said to mail her passport to them and they will create the social security card (even though we specified on the DS-260 that we would like one automatically created). I am reluctant to do this because it is her only form of identificaiton in this country. Any advise? Does this process usually take longer than 90 days? Thanks in advance.

My wife's N400 interview is next week. She's been a permanent resident for about 10 years. We are confused on what all she needs to take. We received a letter with a list of items to take. Do we need to follow those instructions or do we need to bring extra stuff? No where does it say to bring a state issued driver's license or ID, nothing about bringing tax returns or tax transcripts, etc The letter says to bring 1) this letter, 2) green card, and 3) passport. Nothing else listed. Any need to take anything else? I helped her with the N400 application and I know we made numberous errors on it. Do we need to send corrections to those errors through the USCIS website prior? Intereview is in a week. What kind of errors? 1) One trip date is off for a week, 2) Another trip date is off by a week b/c we were in Puerto Rico for a week and we listed that as part of the out of country visited countries, 3) We answered the question about taxes incorrectly bc I said we should "Yes," on have you ever not filed or paid taxes on time. We filed late numerous years and we have been completely caught up for years. It's complicated as I personally had some serious health issues and I own a business. I was in no position to be worrying about paying taxes ontime. Regardless, as I said, we answered Yes and I wrote out this 2 page explantion which I am certain my wife will not be able to explain. I should have just said, "No," according to an attorney, so should we upload a letter to USCIS saying we answered the question incorrectly and the answer to that question is "No," so they don't ask her anything about that? There are other errors as well. Nothing major. Should we inform them of all the errors we know of now, or shall she mention them in the interview or only inform them if they ask.... assuming she even knows the answer. She would NEVER be able to answer the tax info. Heck, it would take me 30 minutes to explain the tax situation.
