Porfavor experiencia divorcio en EEUU

Buen día. Quisiera saber que personas se han divorciado en EEUU? 

MI caso era Ir1 me dieron residencia por 10 años por haber estado casada casi 4 años , me case en Colombia pero actualmente vivo en EEUU. 

LOs precios son muy altos del divorcio más de 2000 USD aquí en Miami.

 

Quiero saber si mejor puedo ir a Colombia a divorciarme allá que es más barato y luego como se haría para demostrar ante uscis que ya estoy divorciada. 

alguien se ha divorciado ?

Puede solicitar el divorcio de mutuo acuerdo usted mismo.  Es más barato.  Aquí en Texas, el divorcio de mutuo acuerdo cuesta $300 si lo presenta usted mismo.  Como es residente de Florida, puede solicitar el divorcio en Florida independientemente de si se casó en Colombia.

Hola, pero por qué ir a Colombia te saldría más barato? Los pasajes aéreos y la traducción de los documentos no te va a salir mucho más barato. Además para divorciarse en Florida no tiene que ser de mutuo acuerdo, vos podes ir y pedir el divorcio unilateral y es mucho más barato.

July 18, 2023 approval

July 20, 2023 Card in hand

January 30,2023: Online filing

February 4th, 2023: Biometric appointment

June 15th, 2023: Case actively being reviewed

July 11th, 2023: Interview scheduled.

August 30th, 2023: Interview!

August 31st, 2023: Oath ceremony scheduled.

Sept 19th, 2023: Officially a US citizen!
