i just want to ask what you did for the beneficiary's letter of intent to marry?

is it possible to do any of these?

1. The beneficiary will print and sign the form with black ink, then scan and send the copy to petitioner's email

2. Can she scan her wet signature and insert it on a word document/pdf so that the petitioner will just print it out

3. Mail and send her signed letter of intent to petitioner in the US?

Case Was Submitted For Quality Review Based On An Approval Recommendation

So I'm approved ? But not approved and stuck ? Why does an internal review of their processes and people cause a delay of my application ?

My interview date was June 11th. IO told me I was approved and I would be receiving oath ceremony letter next. sigh

I am almost ready to submit the civil documents for my parents to NVC. They are 2 separate applications.

What is the best way to request that they have their interviews on the same date or as close as possible? They have to travel all the way across the country for their interviews (BC to QC Canada) so it is quite a trip to be made.

So far their applications have been submitted at the same time but one of them has been consistently taking longer for approval than the other. Ex i-130 took 1 month longer for my mom to be approved than my dad. I'm worried the same thing will happen here and one will get scheduled for an interview a month earlier than the other. anyone here who has a Filipina Beneficiary and were you required a CENOMAR? Mine was issued June 2023 and they said it has a validity of 6 months, mine doesn't have any expiry stated on the paper but only the date I requested for the document.

i really dont know if i should include it for the I-129F petition (I know i can still request for a new one but it might take some time)
