I-751 and extension letters

Hi. Is there anyone else who filed an I751 in - or about - Feb/2021, who is stuck at the biometrics states point, and only received extension letters? I have 2 ... the first was for 18 months, and the 2nd was for 24 months. I would have thought that if there was any sort of problem, a RFE would have been issued. I start a new job on Monday, and hope and pray that a 2 year card that expired in May/2021, and a 24 month extension letter - matters. This is a dream job, 2nd only to my wife - who is also a dream come true.

My fiance and I have applied for the K1 Visa 2 years ago. We finally got the interview date (March 24), however, I'm a bit worried because he lost his job 1 year ago due to COVID and has just gotten a new job that is starting March 7th. It's a good salary (way above poverty line) but I'm worried that his statements from the bank will not show any deposits in the last year due to him being unemployed. He also went through his savings during this time. Will this cause a denial? Should we be looking for a co-sponsor?

I am Canadian and am currently employed with an authorization to telework so I will continue to get paid throughout this process. My plan is to bring proof that I can support myself until the day I can work legally in the US but knowing that this isnt something they take into account, I'm worried that his proof of employement isn't enough since they are looking at his bank statements during the last year.

Hi All!

I'm putting together my documents for my interview and I was wondering something if anyone has any input? I own a business and I will of course bring my business taxes.. my question is if anyone thinks I need to bring proof of my business? (IE: My state business registration or EIN)? I know it couldn't hurt but wanted to see if anyone else was in this situation for the interview.

Any input would be helpful, Thank you in advance.

Hello! I'm getting ready for my interview in Montreal next week and have noticed that the consulate email checklist requires both beneficiary AND petitioner's birth certificates.

This is different to the packet 3 instructions I received.

Would a copy of my fiance's birth certificate suffice? Curious to know what other montrealers have done? :)

Thank you!

No dependents, no children, just myself and wife were/will be in household.

About to submit AOS Packet using an 864-EZ. Just submitted tax return to IRS, there will not be a transcript available for who knows how long with IRS backlogs as I submitted it via mail as wife does not have an ITIN. This year 2021 AGI was $55,000. 2020 was $27,000. 2019 AGI was $13,000. (Run a business and didn't draw a distribution or salary to note of - kept all in business to reinvest). I will be submitting only the just recently filed signed return and W2 for 2021. However, on the 864-EZ it does in fact require to write the AGI for all past three years. Third year with $13,000 AGI - is this a concern enough to pre-emptively have a sponsor or all good?

I-130 originally filed with Consulate as Montreal where wife was/is a permanent resident. She is a Ukrainian Citizen. We have and are spending a lot of time in Poland as I own and operate a business in Poland. Wife had a traumatic experience in Canada and we don't forsee her returning to Canada. Currently we are in EU. Made a request with Warsaw embassy to accept her case transfer to the Warsaw Embassy and we have received an e-mail that the request has been approved. As I understand it, we are supposed to now make an inquiry with NVC to transfer case and attach the e-mail from Warsaw embassy as proof Warsaw has approved. However, the e-mail from Warsaw Embassy had this: "Please be advised that your case transfer request to Warsaw has been approved. Please do not take any further steps until you are notified to do so." This is strange as I understand nothing will actually happen until NVC transfers case and we're losing time. Any advise? Upon reaching embassy contractor, same response was provided to "await further instruction."
