US Immigration from Canada

My case was expedited by NVC and posted by US department of state Visa appointment services for interview on October,5 at US consulate in Montreal but I did not receive any appointment letter from the US consulate so far . I e-mailed them but no response. Shall I go to my appointment which was assigned by US department of state only without any letter from the consulate in Montreal !! Will I be allowed to attend the interview without their letter . Any recommendations are highly appreciated

My mother received an interview date for next month in Montreal, I am just wondering if the fact that her sponsor's US passport is expired will matter?

I entered the U.S. on a CR1 immigrant visa on Friday at the Montreal airport. The CBP agent in secondary processing at the airport told me they do not stamp visas anymore as a temporary proof of admission pending the green card. He said to instead just print my I94 record with the admission number on it as a proof of legal entry.

However, I can't get an I94 record showing my admission. When I run it with my passport number, it said my last entry was months ago on a B2 visa. When I try to get a I94 with my alien number, there is no record.

any help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone, I came to the US on a K1 visa in February 2022. Got my SSN in March, currently waiting for my AOS interview. My i94 expired in May 2022. I was wondering if it's still possible to get a Colorado driver's license with an expired i94/visa? I also have a Canadian driver's license issued by Alberta. Has anyone gotten their DL with an expired i94 + i797c for AOS? Let me know, thanks!

We finally received our email that we are DQ'd. We are so excited and so so so so relieved to know this is almost all over! I would like to know how to update my timeline for the spreadsheet, i cant find a good place for the DQ date.

I really thought this day would never come but its finally here! those of you in the same boat, it will come!!
