Hi everyone. I am a Canadian citizen. Last November, I went to Las Vegas and got married to my husband, who is USC. After 2 weeks, I went back to Canada. I went to the US again at Christmas time. Because I hold a Nexus, so CPB officer didn't ask anything about my vacation, only "do you bring any food items?" then I was good to go. Now after a month, me and my husband decided that we just file AOS. But I heard that it has 90 day rule??? Just want to make sure is possible to file AOS now or do we have to wait for 90 days? Thank you in advance.

Hi all, A bit of a strange one. My wife sent in her green card for 10-year renewal back in July of 2021. We are still waiting for any movement on the renewal - zero progress - and the green card expired in December of 2021. We have gotten two receipt notices, the first extending the green card's validity for travel for 12 months past expiration, and a second one that extended for 24 months past - so we've been able to travel without issue. However, her Nexus is now past expiration, and I can't figure out how to apply for renewal as you have to enter her green card (I think) in the application, but it errors out because the expiration date is past. Does anyone know if there's a way to get her Nexus renewed before the I-90 is processed? Many thanks!

Getting reading to file our paperwork for adjustment. For the Affidavit of support I m trying to determine for sure which of my kids count as dependents.first off NONE of them live with me. Oldest is 28, lives in his own, I know he doesn t. Second will be 21 in one month, lives with his father has a full time job and provides for more than 50% of his own expenses. Third is 19 also lives with her father, works full time and provides for more than 50% of her own expenses. Youngest is 17, lives with his father but I claim him on taxes per our divorce agreement. I ve been told and read conflicting info. Some stating only the 17 year old needs to be claimed for the AOS others saying all 3 youngest. my W2 is 47k for 2022 but the previous years I was under(2021) or filing with my ex ( roughly 78k combined for 2020 and 2019). just hoping to get some clarification.

My mom has an interview date received today. What original documents be presented from Petitioner's side. I know the applicant's original documents to be presented but I am not sure on the petitioner side. - Affidavit of support the original one?
- The Naturalization cert?
- Birth Cert
- Marriage Cert
- old and current paystubs?
- The Tax statement new and old?
Please advise. I am planning to send these originals by courier to her.
