Question on DS-160 Renewal |

Hello all! Somewhat strange question here, but I'm looking ahead to how my fiancee might get her B2 visa renewed and be able to visit me in the US. She's already used it twice to visit me before we filed the I-129F. When renewing a B2 visa, I understand she'll need to fill out a new DS-160 (at least, this is the apparent process for Minsk). In the DS-160 there is question asking if anyone has ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with USCIS. What is the proper answer to this question? There is, thankfully, a part to explain the answer below, in which she would clarify it was the I-129F for the K1. Yet, isn't it true that the K1 is technically non-immigrant, and immigrant intent isn't established until the adjustment of status? I don't see anything wrong with her answering 'yes' to the question and then explaining it below (as there was something filed with USCIS, albeit not immigrant), but I'm just not sure what the correct legal answer would be. Thank you in advance!

We had a long history, as I described earlier. I am (the wife of an American citizen, the marriage was concluded on 1t of December 2018) and my two daughters entered the United States on 21t of October 2020. My youngest daughter and I received our green cards for 2 years in February-March 2021. The eldest daughter, for some unknown reason, no. After finding out the circumstances (the officer at the border did not enter her in the database as having entered the United States), USCIS conducted proceedings and finally today my eldest daughter received her green card, 7 months after entering. But here's the question: she was given a green card for 10 years. The category that stands on the card is IR2. On my card is CR1 and my youngest daughter CR2. Do I need to do something in this situation? Should I call and change to a 2-year card? Will this affect anything in the future? Thank you for your answers.

Greetings dear VJ members, I'm a US citizen and currently residing in Belarus (E. Europe) with my wife and 2 kids. One of my kids (our common son) has a CRBA and a US passport so I obviously don't need to file an I-130 for him (I suppose). My other child is my step-daughter from my wife's 1st marriage. Both kids are under 18. However, I've found conflicting information about how many I-130 forms I need to file. I saw information that if I was a green card holder, I would be able to file just one I-130 form for my wife and specify my step-daughter on that form as well. However, since I'm a citizen, I need to file an I-130 form for my wife and my step-daughter. This would entail that I need two I-864 forms as well, but then I'm confused as to what would happen to my total household number in section 5 of those forms. I would count as +1 (part 5 point 2 gets auto-filled) on both forms and that would result in 4 household members and then I would have to put my son as a dependent child on my wife's I-864 form, resulting in 5 household members when in fact I only have 4... I would greatly appreciate someone clarifying this. Thank you!
