    I got a RFE for I-693, for K1 to AOS application, I have submitted the copy of The I-693 I brought to the US. Do I need to do a new medicals from a surgeon in the US or submit the same I-693 form I submitted with the AOS application

    Got an RFE for medical records after 8 months of application for AOS, I submitted a copy of the medical records with the package when I applied. Dunno why they're asking for the record again

    How long does it take to get the AOS/EAD/AD after USCIS confirms receipt of RFE?

    I believe the RFE letter will list all you need to provide or send to the USCIS. Just follow the instructions on the letter and mail them to them. Also, include a cover letter that shows the list of documents sent.
