Awesome. Great resource! I can never find some of this stuff and spend too long searching. Thank you!

Long story short, we have a complicated case. We've been at this for nearly 5 years. You can read our story here. I highly recommend our attorney Laurel Scott, as well as attorneys Laura Fernandez and Lizz Cannon .

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.

CRBA filed 1-3-13 at Seoul for our daughter

12 - 11 - 2007 Interview date

K1 visa -APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

January 15, 2008 -married

Submitted docs for AOS ...but ,very unfortunately, my husband had to return back to Ukraine due to emergency without travel document (AP)

It is used with James' Shortcuts to allow you to create your own barcoded coversheets to speed things up at the NVC stage. With the shortcuts you don't have to wait for mailings to arrive from the NVC before submitting your info.

can we pin this?

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

James shortcuts was very helpful at a time and I suppose still is for those who are unable to make payments online for some reason but if you are able to make payments online James' Shortcuts helps with only the first few stages of NVC, such as knowing when they update the automated system so you can check to see when your petition made it to the NVC and to see when the AOS and choice of agent were generated. Once you have that information you are set to follow Lotto's guide because doing everything online is much faster. As long as you have all the documents that you need to send all you do is pay the fees online, print the barcode after a few days from the NVC website and mail your package off. The average for James' Shortcut was about 60 days and the average for online payment with no RFE is about 35 days.

I agree, with James' shortcuts you have wait for bills in the mail, then send payments to S.Louis, they only save time because you do not have to wait for barcoded cover pages in the mail.

Now that NVC has online payment system it does not make sense, you can pay online, in 2 days print cover pages and mail docs.

As far as first stage, 3032, we e-mailed, took 10 days, seems like same as mailing hard copy with glued barcode, but cheaper :yes:

AVR system is convenient too, kind of gives you idea when they get docs or payment, usually 1-2 days behind, but still.

Waiting for bills in the mail and sending payments by mail would take forever, even saving few days with James shortcuts on cover sheets.

We STILL did not get a single mail from NVC !! :bonk:

Could not imagine waiting for it to pay via mail.. we would be just sitting and waiting for it? thanks but no, had enough waiting with USCIS.
