Only 2 approvals this week? I hate this.

Actually there have been 5 so far this week and 33 for the month. We always want more but it compares favorably to what we were seeing a few months ago. In September for instance there were 9 approvals for the entire month. Now that was something to hate.

This week is slower than the past few weeks but hopefully things will pick up again soon.

Only 2 approvals this week? I hate this.

Actually there have been 5 so far this week and 33 for the month. We always want more but it compares favorably to what we were seeing a few months ago. In September for instance there were 9 approvals for the entire month. Now that was something to hate.

Does anyone know the ref trick .......I really do have a change of address and Virgillionaire and Ric and I are all in the same situation with this......It is like they forgot us.......If I can only get someone to listen to us .......

Hey Lora, let me know if u are able to change his address that way. My SO also moved and from what I read on some threads u have to wait til case is at NVC and call them to change it ...

Anywhooo, I don't think they forgot us, they just don't give a hoot that they are going out of order. They found mine when mine when my senator's staffer called, it's just Officer Molasses is taking his sweet time getting to it. I'm thinking slowpoke will finish ours in the next two weeks :whistle:

December 2005- Meet face to face. Mark 12/20 official start date.

June 9, 2007 - NOA1 from VSC

February 20, 2008 - APPROVED!!!

February 21, 2008 - paperwork forwarded to NVC.

February 27, 2008 - paperwork sent to Consulate.

March 6, 2008 - Packet 3 recieved.

March 19, 2008 - Packet 3 returned. (minus checklist!)

April 21, 2008 - Returned checklist. All Packet 3 in London.

I will.......I am planning on calling first thing in the morning and trying to control myself but I have been told 3 times that mhy petition is with someone first assigned November 1 then found and assigned November 18....then assigned again November 28....so I do not believe them at all......well the problem with the next two weeks is that Christmas is coming and no one is working.....time off with there "loved ones"...too bad I do not get that same option....and many others of us either.....Oh well...life goes on huh....... :whistle:

They will change it in their computer system, but they told me today that the NVC sometimes does not look at the computer updates, only what is in the file, and you will need to contact the NVC once you are approved to make sure that they add it to the file.
