Congrats Evangelina!!!! :D :D It is better to read July instead of October :D Wish you all the best

HANG on MIRLA!!!!

YOU deserve it and it will come soon....I will pray for you as well....

I did yesterday, while I usually don't...

THis make me feel that we are on the right track if He listened to my prayer.....

AMEN....

Congrats.....and thanks for being a July filer. If another October filer is approved, I may spontaneously combust.

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

In a modest town where honest people dwell

Dear all!

I always thought what would be my feelings like when I will be typing this message. And today is the day......

WE ARE APPROVED!!!!!! THEY MAILED NOA2 on 1/9/2008.

And you know with a feeling of great relief, I feel so much pain and bitterness...For me, for my dear beloved fiancee...FOR ALL of YOU still waiting...

WHY? Why would they do it this way? WHy would they make people who are really at the high point of their love and desire for each other go thru 168 (in my case) or even more days of suffering apart in pointless waiting...And this is while that actual review would only take minutes of time!!!

My case was spottless...better then any laywer could ever make...NO one question came up....they just happend to keep it in the dust for almost 6 month...In the dark dusty room where they have placed all of our amazing feeling for each other, all our hearts, burning with love, all our lives , put on hold...

I still do not understand and probably never will....As i bet many of you who is on this journey with me and my love...

Bless you all for I know you all are very strong, if dared to even start, knowing how it is....

I wish you all be together with your SO, and I wish you all so much real happiness, it will help you forget all this absurding waiting they made you go thru....

GOOD LUCK AND THANK YOU FOR BEEN THERE.......FAST AND EASY APPROVALS TO ALL WAITING NOA2......

Oh yeah, :time:

We got another touch today........I will believe it when I see it.....I am getting so bitter about this......I almost can not even be happy for it.....

I'll be happy for it. It hurts my heart that nobody from June has been approved in days and days and days and days. Since before the holidays at least. Still waiting on my congressman. I sent over a privacy notice they don't require just to see if that'd give them a poke. I doubt it will, and I'll have to call next, which I hate doing because it feels like I'm nagging.

But seriously, this sucks.

But I think there should be a forum party when Lora and Mirla gets theirs. :P

Technically speaking no one is allowed to view your case without you present for the call. It's a waiver form.

#### that. I think that type of response is just to try to get you to stop bugging them, because they don't want to be bothered.

"Realistically" or not, their service commitment says 6 months. (Also we know from VJ statistics that one year is in fact not realistic). Call your congressperson back now and remind them of this. And if they say they'll be ignored by them "pushing" USCIS now, well, at least they tried, instead of sitting on their arses saying "this won't help any."

F*ckers. They totally just wanted to get rid of you. Get back on 'em.
