We got our approval email on yesterday on Feb. 28th. I did call using TBone's guidelines and I really believe it worked somehow to shake our NOA2 loose. See my timeline below. There is hope for you all I know it!!!! Keep the faith and don't let go of your dream!!! It will happen soon. :dance:

11/21/2007 = NOA1 (according to www.uscis.gov online case status)

11/26/2007 = Check cashed (YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!)

11/30/2007 = Rec'd NOA1 hard copy in the mail

12/20/2007 = Touched

12/21/2007 = Touched

03/12/2008 = Touched (due to phone call)

03/24/2008 = NOA2!!!!!!!!!

Congrats to all those who have been approved (ALL from VSC, I might add). But for those of us at CSC, it's getting closer . . . I can smell it :P

This just reinforces my opinion of anything to do with California. I just keep praying our application gets approved before another natural disaster hits like an earthquake or mudslides or big fires that god seems to throw at California every so often.

Hey! Getting frustrated with the slow CSC processing......sent application 4 months ago today....maybe we'll see a real increase in the approvals soon!

Congrats! Glad something is happening for someone!

I called CSC today and was told by a very nice immigration officer that my petition is still on a shelf.....they are currently working on October filers...she said mine may be another month....so all you Oct., Nov. filers...mayb e good news soon!
