Approved April/May/June Filers waiting for NVC

My interview is tomorrow (Friday) morning... I am so nervous at this point, I hope I don't have to do anything too complicated at work today because my mind is definitely not here atm I did my final check on all my paperwork and am happy that I have everything I need now (even though I'll probably end up rechecking a few times before the interview )

today's C and J's interview appointment, isn't it? (or later... i forget i am in the future)

i wonder if they're getting any sleep at all, hahaha

Hello Neenuh. How is yours son's I-130 doing besides being too slow?

I am starting to get a little anxious for the interview. Unfortunately, I am unable to be present at the interview. The good news is Meryll met four VJers at the medical exam. They recognized her from my avatar. We are planning for her to fly with one of Fil VJers to O'Hare in Chicago.

as for my son's I-130, the NOA1 came in the mail yesterday

i can only pray it gets approved sooner than we expect

I wanted to give everyone an update. "My Honey is with me" I will post our interview later but, it was very smooth and fast... I need to get caught up with whats going on in the VJ. I'm so very happy that its over....

hey My Honey, i remember how your case lagged behind, with the RFE bs and USCIS inefficiency

but you still ended up one of the first ones here to get their visa - wow!

However, the lady did say something about taking a couple of days to be 100% approved (after they do a few last things) but I had all the paperwork that they required, paid for the visa and also paid for the delivery of my passport back to me. No RFE, nothing missing and it was so much easier than I imagined.

People really are right when they say it is an anti-climax for the UK interview. All being well, I will have my passport back with the visa in it within 5 working days

Woohoo... Congratulations C and J After my long break in Dec/Jan, I m kinda bz at work but I just logged in to check your visa approval status and I m so happy to hear that you are thru with it. I had positive feelings about you guys but I just wanted to make sure so wish you both (and all who recently got approved) - A very good luck and a great married lilfe to all of you.

For all the people who are still waiting(one of them is myself ) at some stage, good luck to you all too. Hang in there and we will get there soon..

Neenuh: Congrats for the NOA1 and hope u get the NOA2 ASAP. BTW, I can imgine how excited you both must be for your upcoming vacation/union... lol might I say. I know the feeling since I saw my wife again after 8 long months :-) All I can say is, ENJOY your time together at its fullest because thats what will help you both going while waiting for the NOA2/Visa etc... I called the NVC for the heck of it yesterday and found out they rec'd my I129F on 1/28 and already shipped it to the embassy on 1/30! I've been tracking it on the DHL site, it's in Belgium right now.. next stop... LAGOS!

Does anyone know if it is absolutely necessary to have my husband take the NOA2 AND a letter from the NVC to pick up packet 3 or is it ok if he shows up with just the NOA2 (which I got in the mail on 1/31)?
