My biggest expense was the price of leaving my family and friends behind. The emotional cost was enormous. :(

amen to that sister..that is the price that no $$$ value can be labelled

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Hi,

My biggest expenses is phone billls, what has been yours friends... Please share... the phone bills have burnt a hole in my pocket...... I earn and just pay these phone billls

All of it.....the incredibly high cell phone bills, the trips to see him, the cost of what seems like every single piece of paperwork reqiured, the actual visa charges. Then he comes here and can't work for months while AOS is in process. Covering him on your insurance while you want for him to find a job and his to kick in.

It's been 16 months and we are just now settling down. Now, looking forward to removing conditions next year and the cost of that and naturalization soon after. It seems the costs never end.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Single biggest expense? Air fare.

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.

Plane ticket and visa fees here and in India were the biggest expenses. We usually used Yahoo Messenger voice chat so phone expenses weren't much (he would go to Internet cafes in India cuz he didn't have a computer).
