Looks good. I would also suggest completed the I-765 (Work Authorization) and I-131 (Advance Parole- so your wife can take travel outside of the US an be allowed back in the US). Under the new fee structure, there is no additional fee for both applications when you file AOS (I-485) at the same time. Both forms are simple only 1-2 pages in length (maybe 30 minutes to complete or less), and they will allow your wife to work and travel while you're waiting for her greencard.

Since I had them I went ahead and send it to them anyways. Figured can't hurt to be overly prepared. At least they can't say I didn't send them my Tax Return/Transcript, W-2, and so on. Actually they can. lol... There's been alot of suggestions to send in the W-2's. I would send them to have a peace of mind (easier said than done).

My wife will be going to school but I'll go ahead and send them in also. Thanks for the tip.

The W-2's and/or 1099's are part of the tax return. It is incomplete without them. Anybody can write any figure on a tax form and attach it to an I-864. The documents proving the income are actually the most important part of the tax return, in this case.

The list looks good. What I was wondering is whether you need to send your copy of the passport (you are the US Citizen?)- #14 in your list?

Since a birth certificate for the USC is not listed, I take it they are using the passport as proof of citizenship instead.

Sorry, to say but there is no where in the instructions that it states you need to send the USC's b/cert or p/port.

And, they do have this already on file when you initiated your K1 visa process. Please correct if I am wrong.
