Updating Aussielad (question: what was the date ON your NOA1? The date you received it is unimportant) and pedroh, adding Bertrand and Zephod, and keeping the updated info on offenders supersonic and Spiderette.

My date was September 12, my NOA was produced in their system

Oct 29th 2004 -Met online
Oct 29th -First phone call
Dec 25th -She purposed and i said Yes!
May 10th I-130 Packet and Packet 3 sent off to me by the U.S. Consulate
May 16th -Received Packets 1-3 from the U.S. consulate
June 29th -I arrived in Puerto-Rico!
July 2nd -Married in Mayaguez, Puerto-Rico and also got our interview date for September 6th
August 17th -We arrived in Australia to file for Sep. 6th
September 6th - Filed DCF in Sydney and approved 1 hour later!
September 12 -Received my passport with the visa and yellow packet
November 24th -POE.......Guam,USA
December 12, 2005-Green Card arrived in the mail
September 11, 2007 -Filed I-751 on conditions
September 17 -VSC Receives my I-751 and issues NOA1
Oct 10 -Had biometrics taken in San Juan, Puerto Rico ASC
Oct 12 -Touched.
Aug 21, 2008 -Approved!...........finally
Sep 17, 2008 -Mailed off N-400
Oct 22, 2008 -Biometrics taken in San Juan ASC
Feb 12, 2009 -N-400 Interview
Feb 26, 2009 -Oath.....the end.

March 2003...AOS Approved

May 2003... Flew to SA. Reapplied for F1. RFE and Finally Approved. 2 year F1 visa in Passport.

Jan 21 2004... Married in Chicago

Aug 2004... Applied for AOS, Petition for spouse and EAD

Feb 2005... Joshua, our little cutie pie is born on SuperBowl Sunday

May 2005... EAD Approved

Dec 17 2005... AOS & Petition approved (2 year green-card received)

Aug 4 2007... Mailed in I-751 = $275 (remove conditions)

Aug 31 2007... Everything returned, filed too early, wrong fee

Sept 17 2007 Refiled to NSC

Sept 18 2007... Delivered by DHL to NSC

Oct 10 2007... Received at CSC

Oct 15 2007... Check cashed, transfered to CSC

Oct 15 2007... Received 1st notice with application number and 1 year extension. Notice Dated 9/19/07

Nov 1 2007... tried walk-in biometrics, refused

Nov 8 2007...Biometrics completed. Staff at Naperville ASC were great!

Nov 9 2007... Last touch

March 7 2008... Card production ordered!!!!!!!! 5 months, 2 weeks and 5 days

March 12 2008... Case Status: Approval notice sent

March 15 2008...Green card received in mail...so done with USCIS done for a few years!!!!!! :)

Hello All,

Today we recievd our NOA for i-751 HOWEVER -- when we file our joint petition -- our step son was also included in the petition.

The Reciept letter extended my wifes green card conditional green card for another year as expected -- BUT there was no mention at all of our son == who was included on the petition...

1. Should we be recieving another reciept letter in his name? (our son)

2. If the above is not the case -- does this letter also cover his green card even though his name is not mentioned?

3. I would assume that the Biometrics letters are to follow shortly -- in the case of the 2 yr green cards we got one each .. Will this be the case for the 10yr green card?

4. If I dont recieve a reciept letter for our son say in the next few days should I then schedule the dreded infopass appointment?

It's kind of hard to ignore those people by accident since you have to scroll past them to get to the previously reposted list.

Feb 2005... Joshua, our little cutie pie is born on SuperBowl Sunday

May 2005... EAD Approved

Dec 17 2005... AOS & Petition approved (2 year green-card received)

Aug 4 2007... Mailed in I-751 = $275 (remove conditions)

Aug 31 2007... Everything returned, filed too early, wrong fee

Sept 17 2007 Refiled to NSC

Sept 18 2007... Delivered by DHL to NSC

Oct 10 2007... Received at CSC

Oct 15 2007... Check cashed, transfered to CSC

Oct 15 2007... Received 1st notice with application number and 1 year extension. Notice Dated 9/19/07

Nov 1 2007... tried walk-in biometrics, refused

Nov 8 2007...Biometrics completed. Staff at Naperville ASC were great!

Nov 9 2007... Last touch

March 7 2008... Card production ordered!!!!!!!! 5 months, 2 weeks and 5 days

March 12 2008... Case Status: Approval notice sent

March 15 2008...Green card received in mail...so done with USCIS done for a few years!!!!!! :)

James, on the one hand i appreciate the time and effort you put into updating the list, on the other hand no one appreciates the scolding and abuse you seem to think is ok to distribute. if someone makes a mistake updating the list so what? i've made the mistake once. and even though it's preferable people don't make mistakes and add others to the list it isn't a rule anywhere. in fact, the only place this rule exists is in your mind. SO, thanks for your help, but try to delete this irrational belief that people "should" do this or that. why should they? because you say so? believe it or not, you really don't have that kind of control over people.

and ps - it's actually quite easy to go directly to the last post and not notice other's requests to be added or updated.

pss to all - delete the words should, could, and must from your vocabulary and you'll begin to feel 20 to 30% better immediately. try it.

Thanks welcome wagon! :( I can only imagine how many others are on here everyday checking (like me) who would never bother to contribute because you have a few Board Police running around scaring the ####### out of them if they post.

I have been on these forums for over 2 years but remain quiet but I think you were rude to spiderette and supersonic for not being able to update the list to your specifications. When I come on here, I don't usually read the posts in this thread from people, I check the list to see where I fall with others. Yes, it is great that there is someone (mainly you) on here that does keep up the list for everyone to follow and I do appreciate it, but if it pains you that much to keep up with it....then don't.

I will still come to this website for information and remain a quiet reader because I will need it again in a year from now for my husband's citizenship but I will be sure not to contribute then either.
