Hello. Big soccer fan, player and coach here. Would love for my wife and newborn to ACTUALLY come solely to watch world cup games on tourist visa and travel with me then going back to wait for I130 approval but basic internet search says they'd raise red flag and potentially get i130 denied because of conflicting interest

If she does not already have a current b1/2 visa or ESTA/VWP then  the chance  of a successful application is almost zero. Plenty of spouses visit during the I130 process but they already had the visitor visa prior to the I 130 submission

No, applying for (and/or denial of) a B2 with a pending I-130 would not cause an I-130 denial or have any effect on a spousal visa case.  However, applying for a B2 with a pending I-130 would probably cause a denial of the B2.

 Morocco ,  probably no chance

the wait time for tourist visa is under 3 months and the cost to apply is under 200 so u can try

u need to buy her ticket to show proof of going to NJ, or Atlanta or Foxbough Ma  at this interview

with airfare tickets to and from the city u choose

check prices from site below

and the sites say u need to buy 2 tickets

we will go to Atlanta as its close to us

i would not expect a approved B1/2 visa from Casa but if lucky,  the officer can turn her back to Moroc at POE when the I 130 shows on computer screen

unforutely all  moroc group matches are here in the US

and we looked at ticket prices

the $929 are sold out (NJ)

only the 4 left at $1442 and the higher end going for $14,838

Which games are you going to, do you have tickets?
