It needs nuking for 1 minute + half a minute, why should we bother air-frying it mam ma'am ma'am?

Nuking can make is soggy; air fryer keeps it more crispy.

There are, but they do tend to cost a bit more.  Aldi should have something.

Any chance she can make extra and you toss it into the fridge or freezer?  We do that with bacon buttermilk waffles.  Yeah, fresh is better but beggars can't be choosers.  French toast is really easy, though.

I just washed the linen curtains from the livingroom and the lint was insane...I had no idea they could lint like that!

That was Monty on Friday.  He had a BAD case of the zoomies.  I have a picture of him coming down his cat wall with his favorite toy (a folded, looped pipe cleaner).  Total nutjob.

Yep, the cheap Chinese disposal that I put in during Covid is now shot.

Disposals are such an American thing.  We took ours out when the kids were little.  I have a sink with a drain basket and when it needs emptied, the compost bin is right next to the sink.

Seems her cheap British husband doesn't want to turn the heat on in the house, and it's been COLD here.

Brits typically function between 58°f and 73°f.  Anything outside of that, they cry about it.  It's pretty amazing that he's in FL, all things considered.  Thankfully, my Brit is conditioned to not melt in anything above 70°f so he doesn't whinge about it when I need the heat on.

Full moon last night.  Weather should let up.  I'm kinda sad...I'm not ready for 85°+ weather yet.  I'm good with staying in the 60's for a while longer.  Still not pulling all of the plants out of the greenhouses yet.  I don't trust we won't get another freeze in a couple of weeks time.

Yes, but my Russian wife has become "Americanized" since arriving here...20 years ago!  I do remember when she was first here she pointed to the dishwasher and asked what it was.  When I told her, she asked if we could get rid of it.

Our Brit makes great money and only pays for the mortgage and his new car.  Everything else he makes goes into savings so he can retire early.  They live off of everything she makes, and I do mean everything.  Last year they were going through a rough patch and there was some talk about divorce and he told her she wouldn't get any of what he saved.  I laughed and told her it doesn't work that way and in this state she was intitled to half of that pile of money.  Apparently he found that out too and dropped the divorce talk because he didn't want to loose so much!

Yes, that's like, I dunno, 2x2x2x2 feet up or so.  He's a pain in the rear so we had to give him something to scale.  He gets up there from the upstairs livingroom and typically climbs down.

I've lived this before and had it tossed in my face that "he paid the mortgage".  Yep, he's no longer here.  Replaced. Significant upgrade, I might add!

We are off-urinated, :ranting:  we man.

Last week, skoolbus stoopervisor sent e-mail to say that Mini-B. is eligible to ride only the skoolbus to our casa, not to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s casa man.

This is because our address is the one in skool records, only one record permitted man.

We wrote to acknowledge "eligibility" and to request authorization to ride either skoolbus, write we man.

Stoopervisor wrote curtly to repeat what he'd said, :ranting:  man.

We wrote back to re-request authorization, no response man.

Mini-B.'s skool ID is scanned before entry to skoolbuses, scan they man.

He will be denied entry to any other skoolbus, :ranting:  man.

Stoopervisor is rather dismissive, conclude we man.

This can't be the ONLY instance of split custody, no man.

We are quandaried as to next step, advice please man.
