I do understand that For Pakistani nationals they may put in the AP, for which that's fine because i know it will get clear as i know do have a clean record in Dubai since 7 years and also in My Home country before 7 years. the only concern that i feel the way of his  tone of threatening made me nervous that I also expressed to CO in straight words that i am nervous right now. Because whatever my answer was even if its 100 % perfect he was rolling his eyes like i am lying to him and he was keep saying if you will lie you will be going in Long AP or long Bar that made me feel if i am really answering wrong.

He was being serious and the threats are a tactic to draw out dishonest people. You're not dishonest so you're fine.

Don't read anything into how he talked to you. It was an act.

Neither filing jointly nor separately, since he cannot file taxes, there is no filing jointly; he doesn’t have an SS#. The way to do it is to file as head of household; that will make her head of household.

She has to pay more taxes, but it will do the “married” part. And yes, she can amend the taxes anytime, even when he arives  in the US.

MFS & put NRA for Non-resident alien where it asks for his SSN. Has to paper file for this reason.

Seems there is something they want to discuss.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
