My wife received her spouse visa which is only good for 90 days.  She is now in the USA residing with me.  I think she needs to file Form I-485 with in 90 days since the visa was issued.  We filled out Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent or Adjust Status.  We are ready to upload it to what web site?

Appreciate any help w/o the BS please.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Did you pay the $235 USCIS Immigrant Fee? When your wife entered on her immigrant visa, the CBP Officer would have given her an I-551 stamp in her passport. That will serve as her temporary Green Card until she receives the one in the mail from USCIS. However, that card will not be produced by USCIS until you pay the $235 fee

Your history indicates she entered via a CR-1/IR-1.  She does NOT have to file an I-485.  Her Green Card will be mailed to her.

do not file an i-485

She became a legal resident (Green Card holder) the minute she entered the US via a spousal visa.

CR-1, Spouse Visa

Then she's already a permanent resident and has been since the moment she entered on her visa.

Step 12 onwards on the usual website - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-10-prepare-for-the-interview/step-12-after-the-interview.html

Hope you didn't send the I485 form. You'll confuse uscis and won't get your money back.

Please read the form instructions, you'll notice it's probably not for you.

Please read the guides here on VJ.

From your timeline/history, it seems to me you are making it more complicated than necessary.

We haven't done anything with the green card, luckily I couldn't find where to send it to,

Did you pay the Immigrant fee of $235 to USCIS to get the physical green card produced?
