Hello everyone, I hope you are all holding up like me.  I am very anxious because it has been over 204 days since I received receipt notice.  I haven't heard anything else neither has my case been updated since the day it was received.  I am worried as well as my fiancee.  I filed in November, 27 2024.  I have seen a lot of the same receipt dates being approved I kind of feel like I've been left out/forgotten.  Has anyone one else been delayed.  Have you been approved if you filed in Nov.27.2024?  Please help me I am losing all my marbles at this point. Distance is also stressing us.

You can check to make sure you're still within normal processing times here - https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

As long as you've not gone over that (I doubt it if it's only been 204 days) then try not to worry, you won't have been forgotten. Good luck, hope you hear soon.

Ours was 265 days from receipt until approval and with the I-129F there will be no updates on the case status after receipt until either an RFE, a denial or approval. I know it's hard but in the end, know that it is worth it! Hoping for an approval for you soon! :)

The times varies greatly, in early 2024 people were getting NOA2s in a few months, and by the time I applied in August things had slowed down quite a bit. We ended up getting ours in 5 months. Then it hit another stall a few months later.

It is really hard, but try not to think worst case scenario, processing has just slowed down, it does not mean you have been forgotten. :) Good luck!
