How will you survive in the United States given you have not got any money and will not be able to work for several months?

 

Remember there will be money needed to pay for a flight, a wedding, adjustment of status and an employment authorisation document.

If you are in a western country (I agree with someone in your posting history who mentioned it sounds like you are in the UK, so that's my assumption) then there are absolutely resources for you. Homeless shelters, food banks, domestic violence shelters, government assistance programs for food and shelter and income assistance - there are programs you could definitely qualify for. Is your partner not able to help you financially, at least enough to get away and support yourself for a bit?

Listen, your situation is extremely sympathetic. It sounds incredibly difficult. Many, many people immigrate to the United States because they are facing hardships at home. If the US government allowed everyone who attempted to immigrate illegally slide because they had a sad story (and to be clear, coming to the US on an ESTA with the intent to adjust status is illegal immigration) then everyone would do that. I'm not trying to be harsh, but I'm trying to make you understand that escaping your situation via illegal immigration isn't an option, no matter what kind of story you can tell them if you get caught. The best thing you can do for yourself right now is try to make your life bearable in the meantime.

As has been explained, you are outside the US.  Adjustment of Status is not available to you. Visa fraud and misrepresentation are not taken lightly.

You've got time until visa interview but you should look into steps to notify local authorities your passport is being held from you and what you can do about it - report it stolen? get a new one closer to the interview time? I am sure there are websites in your country to guide you through domestic issues at home social services, financial assistance and similar (local municipality, housing authority, employment office).

 

For your interview, sounds like you're from a background (Indian, muslim?) that's very different from your US fiancee and where arranged marriages are expected. Figure out how to explain that in the interview when they ask if families approve (sounds like the fiancee's family approves, but yours doesn't).

As far as i can see on list of ESTA countries ,,there are no African countries

so, what country did u come from for your US visit?

 

and yes,  as pointed out by Milimelo,  CO will ask if family approves 

 

i find it hard to understand why family would not want u to marry and loose u to a USC but are kicking u out

there has to be more to the story for them to be that upset

No that's really it they are fed up with my life choices it seems they just want to control me lol..

No, you cannot do that.  That is immigration fraud.

 

It sounds to me like your issues are better suited to seeking help from local law enforcement/social services.

 

Developing adult coping skills now will also be something to focus on.  Moving to another country is not easy, and will not be an overall solution to your problems.

Are you not in the UK?  The UK has a much more robust and vast social support network/welfare system than the US.  Please reach out to your local services/council and see what is available.  The "woe is me" attitude only goes so far, and eventually you need to take ownership over your own life and choices.  You are a legal adult, and your family is subject to local laws, regardless of their religion or culture, or the laws in their home country.

I had my visa interview last week. The consular officer didn't ask if my family approved.

you are UK so can't compare 

I answer for countries where this is important as this person says parents are against the union for culture and religion differences

 

In some countries the parents receive a letter from court to ask family permission for a couple to marry (like India)

 

and this man says religion and culture are different /  so expect to be asked in interview 

they did ask this question at our attempt for K1

I can only answer from my own experience. Some people have suggested the poster is from the UK. It is difficult meaningful advice when he won't give his location, religion or cultural background.
