Fiance arrived on 2/19/24. No I-94 form given. After reading online, it says it's electronically done. I looked for her record on https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/recent-search but it says no record found.

 

I tried to switch around names and other fields on the site, but no luck.

 

Is this a required item that I need to complete my I-130 or should I keep looking down the rabbit hole? Anyone I can contact for this?

If she entered on K-1 you do NOT need to file an I-130 . ..as you married in the 90 day window.

 

Name should be exactly as on passport ..and if you are inputing all the data exactly, then reach out to CBP   under Contact CBP in the link you have

Look for deferred inspection contact on cbp.gov and either call them or go there - you should have I-94 in the system and as part of your I-485 submission.

make sure detail are same as on passport and document number is passport number
