Hello my friends,

I filed vawa in 2017, approved in 2021;

received GC in 2022 without an interview.

Last week had an interview for the naturalization - passed English and everything, BUT decision cannot made.

Today got the notification I was scheduled for another interview in July. I know it’s not good, question is: how BAD it can be? Do I need a lawyer at the interview? Can I be deported on a spot? Sandra please 🙏

Sorry to hear that. How do you know it is not a good?

 

I think probably they forget to collect some thing from you? Did you receive the second interview notice? have you tried to calling them?

It is not good indeed. Very few get two interviews.

 

@melissa.w I would hire an attorney if you can. Walking into second interview without one is risky!
