if u r refering to the I 864 from the joint sponsor it expires 31st of December so u should send this ASAP with supporting W2 and/or 1099's

and the I 864a from the joint sponsor spouse / along with supporting documents like Proof of residency .  always include case #, both names and the DoB's for the petitioner and bene or the embassy will not know what case the joint sponsor is going to

AND all the other things listed on the 221g

important to get all these chats from 2020 to present done

If USC is not working to satisfy the CO,  the case will be sent back to USA and a NOIR or NOID will be issued

USCIS forms do not expire.  The date for official comment on the forms expire.  English is spoken and written in complete sentences.  Don't just pick one word in the sentence and ignore the rest.  I know the section doesn't look like a "sentence" and does not end in a "period" but the part you are reading mentions OMB and a number.

If it is the currently accepted form, it's ok.  For that, you use the "issue date".

12/08/21. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Dates are listed in mm/dd/yy format.

If you complete and print this form to mail it, make sure that the form edition date and page numbers are visible at the bottom of all pages and that all pages are from the same form edition. If any of the form’s pages are missing or are from a different form edition, we may reject your form.

If you need help downloading and printing forms, read our instructions

@pushbrk make sense 🙂

Because it's correct.  This is also covered in the form instructions, but much easier to find, right on the page I quoted.  The page from which the form itself is downloaded.
